Privacy Policy

Adtorise is a Platform Management System (PMS) built by Adtorise (An OLBUZ Company)® Private Limited for digital marketing agencies. It helps agencies manage their advertising accounts, users, projects, and performance data—all in one place.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and what your rights are. We have kept this document clear and straightforward.

When you sign up and use Adtorise, we collect the following information:

a) Account Information

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Company or agency name and country
• Your role within the platform (e.g. Admin, Manager, User, Client)
• Login timestamps and account status

b) Advertising Platform Data (via API)

When you connect an advertising account (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads), we retrieve:

• Total ad spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions
• Revenue, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
• Account IDs and campaign performance metrics
• Account status and currency information

c) Platform Usage Data

• Pages visited and features used within Adtorise
• Device type, browser, and IP address
• Session activity and error logs (for technical support)

We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:

• Service Delivery: To provide and operate the Adtorise platform
• Reporting: To display ad performance dashboards and generate reports
• User Management: To manage user access and enforce role-based permissions
• Communication: To send important notifications, alerts, and updates
• Security: To detect and prevent security issues or misuse
• Product Improvement: To improve platform features and fix bugs

Adtorise connects to advertising platforms via their official APIs. Here is what you need to know:

• Authorization: We use OAuth 2.0 to connect your accounts. You authorize us—no passwords are stored.
• Read-Only Access: We request read-only access. We do not create, edit, or delete any campaigns.
• Token Security: Access tokens (OAuth) are encrypted and stored securely in our database.
• Data Scope: We only pull performance data—spend, conversions, revenue—nothing else.
• Disconnect Anytime: You can disconnect any account at any time from Settings → Connectors.

We take data security seriously. Here are the key measures we have in place:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Token Protection: OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted form and never exposed
• Isolation: Each agency's data is logically separated—other agencies cannot see your data
• Password Security: Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
• Audit Logs: All admin-level access to customer data is logged and monitored
• 2FA Support: We recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all accounts

In case of a data security incident, we will notify affected users as soon as possible and take immediate corrective action.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal requirements:

When You Disconnect an Ad Account

• The OAuth access token is deleted immediately
• No new data is fetched from that platform

When You Delete Your Account

We respect your right to delete your data. Here is what happens:

• All OAuth tokens are revoked and deleted immediately
• Your account and all associated project data is deleted within 14 days
• Backup copies are fully removed within 30 days
• Billing records are retained as required by Indian tax law (up to 7 years)

To request account deletion, go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account, or email us at mcc@adtorise.com.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: Correct any inaccurate information in your account
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time
• Grievance: Raise a complaint if you believe your data has been mishandled

To exercise any of these rights, email us at mcc@adtorise.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Indian residents can also raise complaints with the Data Protection Board of India if they are not satisfied with our response.

We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Data is shared only in these limited cases:

• Within Your Agency: With team members inside your agency, based on their assigned role and permissions
• Service Providers: With our trusted service providers (hosting, email delivery, error tracking) who are bound by strict data agreements
• Legal Requirements: With law enforcement or regulators if required by applicable Indian law
• Business Transfer: In the event of a business merger or acquisition, with advance notice given to you

All third-party service providers we work with are required to handle your data securely and only for the specific purpose we have contracted them for.

Adtorise uses a small number of cookies to keep the platform running smoothly:

• Session cookies to keep you logged in (required, cannot be disabled)
• Preference cookies to remember your UI settings (optional)
• Analytics cookies to understand how features are used (optional, anonymised)

You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. Disabling session cookies will prevent you from logging in.

Adtorise is a professional business tool intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at mcc@adtorise.com and we will remove the account immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will:

• Update the effective date at the top of this document
• Send an email notification to your registered address
• Display a notice within the Adtorise platform
