Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Adtorise, a Platform Management System developed and operated by Adtorise (An OLBUZ Company)® Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using Adtorise, you ("you" or "the Agency") agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Adtorise is a cloud-based platform that allows digital marketing agencies to:

• Connect and manage multiple advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and more)
• Manage team members, assign roles, and control data access
• Create and manage client projects
• View performance reports, dashboards, and analytics across platforms

Adtorise is a B2B (business-to-business) tool. It is intended for agencies and businesses, not individual consumers.

To use Adtorise, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to represent the agency or company you are registering
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with unauthorised persons

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at mcc@adtorise.com.

You agree to use Adtorise only for its intended purposes. You must NOT:

• Connect advertising accounts you do not have authorisation to access
• Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Attempt to access another agency's data or reverse-engineer the platform
• Upload or share malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm the platform or other users
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user or organisation

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Adtorise connects to third-party advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and others) through their official APIs.

Your use of Adtorise is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Data collected from connected ad platforms is used only for reporting and management within Adtorise
• We do not sell your data or use it for any purpose outside the platform
• If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 7 days

All content, design, features, software, and technology within Adtorise are owned by Adtorise (An OLBUZ Company)® Private Limited.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business purposes
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reproduce any part of Adtorise
• Your agency's data (projects, reports, account connections) remains yours. We do not claim ownership over your business data

Adtorise is provided "as is." While we strive to ensure the platform is accurate and reliable, we make no guarantees of uninterrupted service.

• We are not liable for decisions made based on data shown in Adtorise
• We are not responsible for data discrepancies caused by third-party API errors or delays
• Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 3 months
• We are not liable for loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or breaches of applicable consumer protection law.

By You

You may cancel your account at any time. On cancellation:

• All OAuth connections are revoked immediately
• Your account data is deleted within 7 days

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees after a reasonable notice period

Where possible, we will give you 7 days' notice before terminating your account, unless termination is required immediately for security or legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Adtorise will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

We encourage resolving disputes amicably. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at mcc@adtorise.com. We will make every effort to resolve it within 15 business days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the effective date at the top of this document
• We will notify you by email and within the Adtorise platform
• Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance

Continued use of Adtorise after updated Terms take effect means you accept the changes.
